Qualifications:
- Any Graduate (Graduation is mandatory)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
- Proficiency in English plus any two of the following languages: Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, and Marathi (Fluency in three languages is mandatory)

- Job Description: As a Customer Support Associate, you will assist customers over the phone with faults and account queries. You will be provided with the necessary tools and resources to enhance your knowledge of banking processes. This is a non-sales role with no targets and no bond requirement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Willing to work rotational shifts (late-night shifts only for male employees, with the latest log out for female employees at 7 PM)
- Age: Less than 32 years
