Job Description:
Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Support Associates for immediate positions in Ambattur, Chennai. This is a permanent role based on performance and language fluency. Candidates will assist customers over the phone with fault reporting and account queries in a banking environment.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduate up to 2023 pass outs (Graduation Mandatory)
- No diploma candidates
- Fluency required in Telugu, Malayalam, and English plus any 2 mentioned languages (Tamil not required)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Male employees will have late-night log out; female employees last log out at 7 PM
- Age: Less than 35 years
Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners with fluency in Telugu and Malayalam are most welcome. Freshers are encouraged to apply. No sales, no targets, and no bonds.

- Work from office
- 6 days working with 1 week off
- Fixed Sunday off
- Shift Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
