Job Details:
- Role: Customer Support Associate
- Qualification: Any Graduate (Graduation mandatory)
- Experience: 1-2+ years

- Salary: INR 1.75-2.25 Lacs P.A.

- Mode of Work: Work from Office
- Working Days: 6 days working with 1 day rotational week off
- Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners (within 3-4 days)
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Male employees log out at 12 AM, Female employees last log out at 7 PM, flexible with 6 AM to 3 PM shift)
- Age: Less than 32 years
Training Period:
- Duration: First 15 days
- Stipend: INR 400/day
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers over the phone with faults and account queries.
- Utilize our well-resourced environment to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.
