Job Description:
Infosys BPM, a global leader in Business Transformation, is seeking talented professionals for the role of Service Desk Voice Process. This position is crucial in providing strategic business consulting, technology, engineering, and outsourcing services to help clients leverage technology and create impactful and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent communication skills to attend to and resolve client issues via calls, chat, or mail.
- Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control M to manage and resolve issues.
- Resolve queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, Active Directory, and other technical areas.
- Possess general support knowledge of Operating Systems across various platforms and basic concepts of networking and cloud computing.
- Use productivity applications like Microsoft Office tools effectively.
- Work proactively and show the utmost respect for customers’ time.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills and quick thinking to independently resolve customer issues.
- Ensure all contacts with customers add value through effective time management.
- Must be willing to work in a 24×7 work environment from the office.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work US shift timings.
- Completion of specific training programs set by the client.
- Ready to work in 24×7 shifts from the office in Pune.
- Full-time education of 15 years.
- Experience in resolving queries using voice skills in areas such as VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, and Active Directory.

- Any 2 photo Identity proofs (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
- All original education documents for verification (10th, 12th, Graduation – Semester Wise Marksheets, CMM, Provisional, and Original Degree).
