Job Description:
Infosys BPM is seeking a skilled Sr. Technical Process Executive for our Service Desk Voice Process in Pune. This role involves resolving client queries through voice communication related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, and Active Directory. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Attend and resolve client issues via calls, chat, or email.
- Utilize ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Control M (advantageous).
- Demonstrate expertise in resolving queries related to VPN, Drivers, O365, driver installations, and Active Directory.
- Have a general understanding of operating systems, networking, and cloud computing.
- Proficient in productivity tools like Microsoft Office.
- Available for 24×7 rotational shifts and office-based work environment.
- Independently resolve customer issues with analytical problem-solving skills.
- Respect customer time and ensure efficient resolution of issues.
- Adhere to security protocols and carry necessary documents for verification.
Requirements:
- Full-time graduation certificate and mark sheets.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar technical support role.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and productivity applications.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
