Skill Set:
- Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources.
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
- Ability to use a desktop computer system.
- Excellent documentation skills and typing skills.
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
- Good comprehension skills to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Job Description:
- Handle calls and chat to provide customer support.
- Identify and relate to various customer needs and scenarios.
- Conduct issue identification and problem-solving to meet customer needs and satisfaction.
- Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner, either through calls or chats.
- Stay updated on client and internal processes, technology applications, utilities, and products.
