Job Description:

As an Analyst in US HR Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining high-quality service standards, analyzing and resolving client issues, and recommending improvements to systems and processes. Your role will include setting objectives, evaluating trends, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enforce quality standards and resolve client issues.
  • Define objectives, analyze trends, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Develop, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and appraise staff results.
  • Adhere to compliance requirements and generate control reports.
  • Produce statutory reports as per country-specific requirements.
  • Participate actively in internal and external audits.
  • Manage escalations and generate scheduled/ad-hoc reports.
