- Complete 15 years of full-time education.
- Possess basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work in a 24×7 environment, including night shifts on a rotational basis.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit strong interpretation and active listening abilities.
- Quickly assimilate process knowledge efficiently.
- Display effective probing and analytical skills.
- Capable of multitasking between voice and data entry tasks.
- Comfortable working from the office.

- Data Management (DAT)
- Consumer Banking in India
- Mortgage Processes
- Lending Operations
- Commercial Banking
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Any Graduation degree.
- Batch: 2020, 2021, 2022, or 2023 pass-outs.
