Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of ITIL / Service Desk
- Experience in Desktop/Application support
- PC/Laptop troubleshooting (Hardware & Software)
- Networking support
- Ticketing tools exposure
- Additional knowledge of Thermal printers or Spectrometers is advantageous
- Strong communication skills (International Voice Process)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer requests and providing technical support
- Handling end-user devices, operating systems, software applications, and network issues
- Troubleshooting and resolving IT break/fix issues or escalating them when needed
