Job Description:
As a member of the Support organization, you will provide proactive and reactive support to our Mobility Managed Services (MMS) clients. Your role will involve direct client interactions, addressing questions, issues, and ongoing mobile device activities, including the latest OS and application releases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incidents, apply changes, escalate issues, and conduct proactive audits.
- Analyze app metrics and log data using tools such as Elastic, Splunk, and New Relic.
- Identify problem areas and recommend solutions to development teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external clients regarding issue resolutions.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and requests for additional information.
- Proactively manage issues through audits and alerts before they escalate to client incidents.
- Participate in weekly service calls with clients and assist in building automated reports using scripting languages.
- Utilize VMware’s Workspace One UEM (formerly AirWatch) for managing client devices and applications, including OS updates for iOS and Android.
- Leverage CareAware iCommand for user and device provisioning and perform regular maintenance for Cerner’s CareAware Connect solutions (Voice and Messenger).
