Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level resolution for customer queries and issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating when necessary
- Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and positive language
- Build rapport with customers through active listening and effective communication
- Document and track customer interactions in the service management system
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate support
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and service skills
