Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Tier 1 support to resolve client issues, providing Tier-2 support for application-related technical issues.
- Plan, author, and execute test cases while conducting exploratory testing.
- Identify test cases for automation, implement automation, and track defects.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Perform manual testing using Deloitte applications and Excel; support ongoing application maintenance.
Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of SQL, C#, and JavaScript.
- Solid grasp of software testing concepts, processes, and test automation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
