💼 Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years
Key Skills Required
- Proficiency in Google Suite/MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong process knowledge and analytical skills.
- Ability to handle complex customer queries.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Attention to detail with an eye for errors.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including nights) and work from the office (WFO).
Job Responsibilities
- Resolve queries by adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Process tickets based on priority and SLA adherence.
- Perform data entry and quality checks for employee information.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of employee queries related to leaves, status changes, etc.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
