Skill Set:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good English communication skills along with proficiency in Bengali or Malayalam (Read, Write, and Speak)
- Emotionally strong to handle and review sensitive content with professionalism
- Ability to review and moderate user-generated content in Bengali or Malayalam
- Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content while ensuring platform integrity
Job Description:
- Comfortable with viewing and reviewing sensitive content
- Strong psychological resilience to work on reviewing content for extended hours
- Good communication skills and flexibility with rotational shifts and workweeks
- Ability to identify and differentiate between appropriate and inappropriate content in videos, images, and texts
