Job Responsibilities
- Gather information from data warehouses, databases, and integration models to analyze patterns and trends
- Develop record management processes and policies
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their requirements
- Provide sales data, insights, proposals, and account reviews to the client base
- Identify areas to enhance efficiency and automate processes
- Set up and maintain automated data processes
- Evaluate and implement external services/tools for data validation and cleansing
- Produce and track key performance indicators
Required Skills
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Ability to create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations
- Understanding of business analytics and competitor benchmarking
- Experience in predictive modeling and data mining (preferred)
