🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

💰 Salary: Up to ₹2.5 LPA
📍 Job Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata
🕘 Work Timings: 24×7 rotational shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational week off)
🔞 Age Limit: Maximum 40 years
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints over voice calls.
- Offer timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Ensure quick resolution and follow-up on issues.
- Support the customer service team in daily operations.
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both are mandatory).
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass).
- Typing speed of minimum 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
- Freshers can apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
