Qualifications: Any Graduation
Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior experience in a technical support role.
✅ Required Skills:
- Solid programming knowledge in JavaScript, Java, PHP, or Python
- Strong understanding of SQL, APIs, and large-scale deployments
- Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) & on-premise deployments
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and testing
- Experience with BI platforms, ETL processes, and data modeling
- Proficient in MS Office tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
