- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Flexibility to work from office (WFO).
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats professionally and promptly.
- Deliver outstanding communication to address customer concerns effectively.
- Work in an international BPO environment with diverse cultures and time zones.
- Participate in both voice (inbound) and non-voice (email/chat) processes.
- Meet targets for key performance metrics like AHT (Average Handling Time), Shrinkage, Attrition, etc.
Working Conditions:
- Shift: Night shift
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
- Working Days: 5 Days a week (2 days off)
