📋 Job Details

  • Role: Customer Support Executive
  • Industry: BPO
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Work Location: Work from Office – Secunderabad
  • Working Days: 5 Days a Week (2 Rotational Week Offs)
  • Shift: Pure Day Shifts Only
  • CTC:
    • Freshers: ₹1.67 LPA
    • Experienced (Malayalam – 6 Months+): ₹2.12 LPA

🎯 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls.
  • Provide detailed product information.
  • Manage queries, feedback, surveys, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Languages: Basic English + Proficiency in Kannada, Malayalam, or Tamil (any one language is mandatory)
  • Education: Intermediate or Any Graduation
  • Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates (Sales experience is an advantage)
  • Other Requirements:
    • Immediate Joiners preferred
    • Willingness to work from the office
    • No cab facility
