- Handle customer queries via voice and written channels
- Provide timely and accurate support related to Experian products and client accounts
- Manage multiple interactions simultaneously using workflow tools
- Maintain detailed and accurate records using internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end resolution
- Focus on client satisfaction and quality service delivery
