🛠️ Skill Set & Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for all Talent platforms (Learning, Performance, ATS).
- Manage user access and support data compliance and retention governance.
- Handle queries on functionality and platform usage.
- Assist with functional, application, and UAT testing.
- Ensure knowledgebase and documentation are up to date.
- Process platform access requests and provide functional support.
- Manage system-level configurations and testing.
- Collaborate with L2/L3, DTech, and vendor teams for issue resolution.
- Engage with stakeholders and maintain relevant documentation.
