🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Drive UX activities from research to design and implementation.
- Design user journeys, wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, and UI specifications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including research, business design, and technology.
- Engage in client conversations and support business development proposals.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to raising design quality standards.
- Translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful and seamless digital experiences.
- Oversee design project timelines, deliverables, milestones, and reviews.
✅ Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months – 5 years of proven UX experience (excluding internships).
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design (NID, MIT, Srishti, Pearl, NIFT, Symbiosis, etc.).
- Strong in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, XD, InVision, After Effects, Principle, Miro, Airtable.
- Ability to build IA and UX thinking into the design process.
- Hands-on knowledge of dominant design systems, UI technologies, and prototyping tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset and collaborative attitude.
- Experience managing design projects including planning and stakeholder reviews.
