Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years
Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or Related Field
Eligible Batches: 2023 / 2024
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: ₹8 LPA (estimated via Glassdoor)
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable software solutions based on use cases and business requirements
- Conduct technical evaluations and proofs of concept
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on complex technical issues
- Enhance existing architectures and propose improvements
- Write detailed design and use-case documentation
- Follow best practices in design, coding, and testing
- Present technical concepts clearly across teams
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- 0 to 2 years of experience in software development
- Strong skills in Java EE / .NET / C# / Python
- Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Familiarity with test-driven development (TDD)
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
