📚 About WILP – Work Integrated Learning Program
Wipro’s WILP is a work-integrated opportunity that lets selected candidates pursue higher education (M.Tech) from a reputed university, fully funded by Wipro, while working as a Scholar Trainee.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 10th & 12th: Pass
- Graduation: 60% or 6.0 CGPA and above (as per university rules)
- Qualification:
- BCA
- B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
- Passing Years: 2023 & 2024
- Mathematics: Core Mathematics in graduation is mandatory
- Business & Applied Maths not accepted
- Backlogs: 1 backlog allowed (must be cleared by 6th semester)
- Education Gap: Max 3 years (between 10th and start of graduation)
- Nationality:
- Indian Citizen
- OR PIO/OCI cardholder
- Bhutan/Nepal: Must provide citizenship certificate
- Age: Minimum 18 years at time of registration
- Cool-Off Period: Minimum 3 months required between two applications
🧪 Selection Process
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 Minutes):
- Verbal (20 mins – 20 questions)
- Analytical (20 mins – 20 questions)
- Quantitative (20 mins – 20 questions)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
Round 2 – Business Discussion
Round 3 – HR Interview
📄 Service Agreement
- Duration: 60 months
- If you leave before that, joining bonus payback is required on a pro-rata basis
