Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications with attention to scalability and performance
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams
- Write clean and well-documented code following industry best practices
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Debug and maintain applications to ensure consistent performance
- Stay updated with the latest tools, frameworks, and programming techniques
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines
- Good understanding of Core Java, OOP concepts, and data structures
- Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, JSP
- Familiarity with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Awareness of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):
- Academic projects, internships, or certifications in Java/Spring
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems
- Experience with Agile methodology
