Role: Trainee – Manual Testing
- Work Location: Building 2, Candor Techspace, Sector-48, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122001
- Shift Timings: 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM
- Mode Of Technical Interview: Walk-in (Face-to-Face)
- Service Agreement: 12 Months
- Cab Facility: Pick and Drop at doorstep
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / MCA (Graduates of 2024)
- Mandatory Skill: Understanding of Defined Benefit (DB) Tech
Technical Skills Required
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with SQL (Simple & Complex Queries)
- Basic knowledge of manual testing principles
- Exposure to software QA methodologies is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of relational database concepts (e.g., keys, table relationships, DB2)
Soft Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible
- Ability to understand and align with organizational goals
Interview Process
- Initial Assessment – GATE Logical Reasoning Test
- HR Interview – Virtual (MS Teams)
- Managerial Interview – In-person at the office
