What You’ll Work On
As an IT Intern, you’ll support various aspects of our internal tech infrastructure, helping ensure that systems and users operate smoothly in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine updates and maintenance.
- Manage user accounts and system access under supervision.
- Document IT procedures, tasks, and best practices.
- Help with audiovisual setup and IT inventory management.
- Contribute to security and system efficiency improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong basics in OS (Windows, Linux, macOS), hardware & networking.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a collaborative environment.
- Prior internship or hands-on project experience in IT support is a plus.
- Certifications like MCP, Google IT Support, or similar are an advantage but not mandatory.
