About the Role
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee, you will join Invesco’s Technology Associates Program (iTAP) — an early-career development program designed to build strong technical and leadership skills through job rotations, real-world project work, and global collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete structured classroom and on-the-job training
- Contribute to real-time technology projects in domains such as cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, and automation
- Rotate across multiple teams for broad exposure
- Learn Invesco’s business model and technology strategy
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders
- Participate in mentoring, coaching, and leadership development
Eligibility Criteria
- Degrees accepted: B.Tech / M.Tech (All Branches) and MCA
- Academic scores: 60% or equivalent CGPA in 10th, 12th, and graduation
- Batch: Recent Graduates (No backlogs)
