About the Internship Role
Paytm is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Android Developer Intern to join its mobile development team. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in designing and developing Android applications in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining Android applications.
- Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and debug mobile apps.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
- Test and debug applications to ensure performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing discussions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and mobile development practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Understanding of Java/Kotlin and Android SDK.
- Familiarity with Android Studio, XML layouts, and REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong interest in mobile technologies and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Firebase, SQLite, or third-party Android libraries.
- Personal or academic mobile projects (especially if available on GitHub or Play Store).
