Internship Overview
ICON is inviting applications for the HR Intern position as part of its 2025 Internship Program. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources within a professional and high-performing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with research, data collection, and analysis to support ongoing HR projects
- Provide support to HR team members with administrative tasks
- Contribute to team meetings and help improve workflows and outcomes
- Help in preparing reports, presentations, and internal communication materials
- Support day-to-day HR operations and project coordination
- Participate in learning and development sessions and networking opportunities
Candidate Profile
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Arts, or related field
- Eagerness to learn and build professional HR experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with data or project management tools is a plus
