About the Role
As an Automated Operations Engineer, you will be part of a highly collaborative team responsible for monitoring applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability. You will engage with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to critical support operations in a real-time production environment.

- Monitor end-to-end applications and system alerts.
- Manage and triage alarms using monitoring tools and dashboards.
- Handle support tickets, customer emails, and technical queries.
- Perform user access management and escalate incidents as required.

- Maintain SLA compliance in all communication and reporting activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite issue resolution.
Required Skills
Must Have:
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to application monitoring and ticketing systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with tools such as Netcool, Nagios, OneTM, OneFM.
- Basic understanding of SQL queries and IP networking.
