Software Engineer I – Job Summary
Position: Software Engineer I
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Education: B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable features for digital workplace and AI-powered servicing platforms.
- Work with modern tech stacks involving Python, Java, or C++ to improve workflow automation and chatbot systems.
- Build and optimize databases, ingestion pipelines, and service search platforms.
- Contribute to cutting-edge projects in Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI (GenAI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies, including daily standups, demos, and sprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- 0-3 years of software development experience with strong programming fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with OOPs concepts, design patterns, and scalable application development.
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems like Kafka, Redis, Couchbase, or Cassandra.
- Practical exposure to ML/NLP projects and basic understanding of RAG architecture (preferred but not mandatory).
