Job Description – Production Specialist – L1
Role Purpose:
The Production Specialist is responsible for providing timely and effective technical support to clients, resolving queries, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client requests via phone/email professionally.
- Document user issues and resolution steps.
- Utilize internal knowledge bases to provide support.
- Identify frequently occurring issues for long-term fixes.
- Escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions.
- Participate in regular product and client-specific training.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and support systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
