Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Write SQL queries, perform CRUD operations, and manage stored procedures.
- Create and execute test cases and automation scripts.
- Analyze and resolve service tickets per SOPs.
- Use ITSM and Data Analytics tools effectively.
- Contribute to innovation in ongoing projects.
Skills Required:

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 60% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off)

Responsibilities:
- Support computing environments and production servers

Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support to clients
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and escalate complex queries
- Maintain ticket documentation and update knowledge base articles
Requirements:
