Roles and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will work on data analysis and business intelligence to support FedEx’s strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Analyzing complex data to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies using advanced visualization tools.
- Forecasting business performance through historical data analysis.
- Investigating discrepancies and solving root-level data issues.
- Training internal users on data tools and analysis techniques.
- Creating data visualizations and reports to present findings clearly.
- Collaborating in data-related projects across departments.
- Ensuring data accuracy and compliance through quality checks.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, MIS, or related fields.
A Master’s or PhD is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.
Experience:
Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in data analysis may apply under Standard I.
