Job Summary
Deloitte Consulting is hiring fresh graduates for the Analyst position under the National Consulting Services – Clients & Industries (MR&A COE) team. The selected candidates will support Reporting COE & SGO operations with a focus on reporting and analytics for Deloitte Consulting’s Commercial stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support reporting leads and finance business partners through data analysis and actionable insights
- Utilize data from systems like Jupiter and SWIFT to track revenue, pipeline, and profitability
- Generate and distribute custom reports using Power BI, Tableau, Hana, and Jupiter
- Provide strategic insights from complex datasets and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with various stakeholders in US India and US locations
- Develop expertise in Deloitte’s CRM and ERP tools for reporting and analytics
Required Skills & Competencies
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Basic understanding of automation tools like VBA and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality output

Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or business-related field
