Job Summary:
Deloitte is hiring fresh graduates for the role of Executive in QA Testing. This role involves assessing software quality through both manual and automated testing. The selected candidate will collaborate with development and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables across software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and review software system specifications
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
- Execute functional and regression testing
- Document testing phases and defect logs
- Track, report, and manage identified bugs
- Share testing outcomes and quality reports with stakeholders
- Participate in post-implementation testing
- Work across teams to uphold software quality throughout the lifecycle
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in QA testing
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and testing processes
- Experience in cloud-based applications and SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience with testing tools like JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, and SQL
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
