Job Description

As a Full Stack Developer – Associate, you will:

• Work with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics, define solution designs, and support architecture planning
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications and microservices
• Ensure top-quality code with a focus on performance and security
• Lead code reviews and promote best software development practices
• Manage competing priorities and provide updates to leadership
• Act as content owner for software demos and facilitate cross-team communication
• Collaborate with both onsite and offshore development teams
• Mentor junior developers and support the knowledge transfer process
• Act as a backup to the development lead when required

Skills Required

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good command of English language (verbal and written)
• Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general PC tools
• Understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline
• Experience: No prior experience required for Associate level
