Job Description – Associate Role (Banking Operations)
Accenture is looking for enthusiastic freshers and early-career professionals to join their Banking Operations team as a New Associate – Customer Service. The selected candidate will work within a predefined scope of responsibilities, under the guidance of supervisors, and contribute to intelligent operations in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solve routine problems using standard guidelines and procedures.
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support fraud detection and risk mitigation.
- Work with large datasets for data cleaning, structuring, and visualization.
- Collaborate within your immediate team and report to your direct supervisor.
- Use tools such as Excel (expert level), Power BI (proficient), and PowerPoint.
- May require working in rotational shifts depending on the project needs.
Required Skills:
- Customer Service Orientation
- Intermediate understanding of the insurance domain
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Ability to analyze and visualize data effectively
- Strong English communication and interpretation skills
- Knowledge of fraud detection practices is a plus
- Familiarity with Palantir software is advantageous but not mandatory
- Understanding of property and casualty insurance companies is a value-add
