This opportunity enables Diploma holders to build a career in IT while pursuing a B.Tech in Information Systems from a University recognized as an Institute of Eminence (IoE) by the Government of India. Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Diploma in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Electronics
- Telecommunication
- Computer Engineering
- Electronics and Communication
- Electrical and Electronics Engineering
- Diploma Marks: Minimum 50% aggregate
- 10th & 12th Standard: Pass (Open schooling or distance education allowed)
- Mathematics: Core Mathematics is mandatory in Diploma (Business/Applied Maths not accepted)
- Backlogs: Only 1 backlog allowed at the time of assessment
- Age: Minimum 18 years at the time of onboarding
- Citizenship: Indian Citizens, PIO, or OCI cardholders. Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit citizenship certificates.
- Education Gap: Max 3 years between 10th and Diploma start
- Previous Participation: Not eligible if attended Wipro selection in last 3 months
Selection Process:
- Online Assessment (80 mins)

- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 mins

Service Agreement:
Selected candidates must sign a 48-month agreement. Early exit may require repayment of joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
