About the Role – Contact Support Group (CSG)
Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) division is hiring fresh graduates for its first line of support team, Contact Support Group (CSG). The team manages IT infrastructure incidents and service requests using both traditional and digital contact channels.
Selected candidates will support clients across multiple industries such as telecom, healthcare, technology, and financial services. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that demands problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and adaptability to a 24/7 rotational work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-quality customer service and technical support across phone, email, chat, and other channels.
- Manage tickets effectively—categorizing, prioritizing, tracking status, and resolving issues within SLAs.
- Use business intelligence tools and existing knowledge base to provide optimized support.
- Handle basic technical troubleshooting (e.g., password resets, session issues, connectivity).
- Ensure first-contact resolution by actively listening and probing for clarity.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Basic computing knowledge.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Openness to relocation as per project requirements.
- Must be willing to sign a Service Level Agreement and meet KPIs.
- Education: Completed any 3-year diploma or graduation in 2025 (or 2024 if applicable).
