Key Responsibilities
- Develop skills in networking technologies such as Routing & Switching, Collaboration, Data Center, Wireless, Security, and Cloud-based support.
- Identify and provide inputs for resolving network-related issues.
- Participate in projects and team activities, contributing to quality outcomes.
- Maintain a positive, customer-centric approach with effective communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria
- Active DigiLocker account and mobile number linked to Aadhaar are required.
- Willingness to work in early morning, evening, or night shifts (no general day shifts).
- Commitment to work from the Gurgaon office in a full-time, 5-day work model.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
