Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Zoho as the first point of contact for prospects, customers, and partners.
- Provide support through voice, email, and chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
- Analyze user needs and deliver timely, accurate solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, assist with implementation, and provide training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Excellent analytical, listening, and organizational abilities.
