Role Overview:
We are looking for individuals who are creative, adaptable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact. As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and optimize NLP-driven AI solutions using advanced techniques.
- Build and productionize RAG pipelines and agentic workflows for context-aware applications.
- Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and deploy LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Falcon, LLaMA, etc.) for domain-specific use cases.
- Collaborate with data scientists, backend developers, and cloud architects to build scalable AI-first systems.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party models, APIs, and open-source libraries for generative AI solutions.
- Monitor and improve model performance, latency, and accuracy in production environments.
- Implement observability, performance monitoring, and explainability features in deployed models.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML, NLP, and Generative AI
- Understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning methods, embeddings, and vector search
- Experience with Python and frameworks such as LangChain, Transformers, Llama Index
- Familiarity with cloud ML services (AWS, Azure) and ML observability tools
- Exposure to RAG pipelines, multi-step agent architectures, and production-grade AI systems
- Domain knowledge in Electrification, Energy, or Industrial AI
