About the Role
Nokia is hiring Software Development Engineers as part of its Off Campus Drive 2025. This role involves contributing to new product development, creating SDK APIs, executing test plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including ASIC and Optical architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with architecture and ASIC teams to develop SDK for next-generation ASICs.
- Develop SDK API and algorithms.
- Define and execute SDK test plans and support software integrations.
- Prepare design documentation and collaborate across teams.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or technology discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in software development in the communications industry.
- Proficiency in C/C++ coding and debugging.
- Knowledge of Linux or similar RTOS (preferred).
- Exposure to embedded systems, device drivers, and protocol software development (preferred).
- Familiarity with ASIC SDK development, GIGE, OTN, or DSP is an advantage.
