Job Description
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will work across all phases of the software development lifecycle. This includes programming, testing, debugging, and documenting applications while ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will also actively participate in Agile methodologies and scrum ceremonies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
- Program, test, and document applications.
- Debug existing code and troubleshoot errors.
- Deliver reliable, high-quality software products to end-users.
- Write test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and usability.
- Improve documentation of processes and systems.
- Engage actively in Agile workflows and scrum ceremonies.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong understanding of software development concepts (data structures, OOP, n-tier architectures, unit testing).
- Ability to write and debug unit tests.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and team development tools (issue tracking, source control).
- Awareness of Atom architecture principles (scalability, flexibility, stability, simplicity).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Frontend/Backend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, React, NodeJS, .Net, Java, Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Shell, Python.
- Understanding of software development fundamentals including modularization and object-oriented design.
- Candidates with a 30-day or shorter notice period will be preferred.
