Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide support related to orders, products, payments, and website navigation.
- Use tools and resources to research, resolve, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Work across varying shifts including early morning, late night, weekends, and holidays.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Right to work in India.
- Comfortable with computers and multitasking.
- Flexible to work variable shifts between 6 AM and 11 PM, Sunday to Monday.
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home.
- Broadband connection: Minimum 100 MB download / 10 MB upload (wired connection).
