About the Role
As a Product Management Intern at Rupeek, you will contribute to enhancing the digital customer onboarding journey. This involves streamlining processes from application to loan approval and ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize flows, improve KYC processes, and test innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end digital customer onboarding process.
- Analyze current flows and optimize the loan application funnel.
- Enhance KYC, document upload, and verification processes.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on UI improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing on onboarding flows and measure results.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of product management experience.
- Prior internship experience in product management is preferred.
- Understanding of UI/UX design with tools such as Figma or Sketch.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fintech and customer-centric product development.
Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of fintech or lending products.
- Familiarity with KYC processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience with product analytics tools.
