Job Description
Amazon is hiring for its Customer Support team through a walk-in drive. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of one of the world’s most customer-centric companies. Selected candidates will work in voice-based customer support roles, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10+2
- Freshers and experienced professionals (BPO background preferred)
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory
- Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational week-offs
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Pay: ₹2.32 – ₹3.60 LPA
- Zeta Meal Card: ₹1,100/month
- Free Transport Facility
- Health Insurance Coverage up to ₹5 Lakhs
- Night Shift Allowance (₹150 – ₹225 per shift)
- Overtime Allowance as per business requirements
- 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off
