Job Role: Analyst Trainee

• Qualification Required: Full-time BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or related streams)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to end-users and address IT-related queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime.
• Log and track support tickets with accurate documentation.
• Escalate complex problems to specialized IT teams for resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles to improve efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Consistent academic performance with minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG.
• Open to Indian nationals only.
• Candidates with BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, or PG degrees are not eligible.
